Let’s build a
Stronger, Better Boston
together
Marvin Mathelier
for Boston City Councilor At-Large
I’ve spent my life serving people, not politics. I’m a veteran, small business owner, son of immigrants, and dad. I’ve built a life of service—supporting our veterans at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Veterans Services, reviving Ula Cafe in Jamaica Plain, and launching New England’s first Haitian cultural center, the Toussaint Louverture Culture Center, bringing rent-free space to the community and raising over $300,000 to make it happen.
I’m running for city council because I believe in people-powered solutions.
I want to bring our neighborhoods together, hold leaders accountable, and create a city where families can find affordable homes, kids can thrive in strong schools, and our streets feel safe. I’m honest, passionate, and here to work with you—not from behind closed doors or with insider promises, but by listening, connecting, and taking action.
I humbly ask for your vote on November 4th—so together, we can build a Boston that works for everyone.
