Let’s build a
Boston that Works for All Of Us
Affordable - Accessible - Accountable
Marvin Mathelier
for Boston City Councilor At-Large
I’ve spent my life serving people, not politics. As a veteran, small business owner, and son of immigrants, I’ve learned that leadership isn’t about power — it’s about people.
Boston is at a crossroads. It’s more expensive than ever to live here, raise a family, or run a small business. I’m running for City Council to change that — to make Boston the most affordable major city in America, with stable housing, strong schools, reliable transit, and neighborhoods that work together.
I’m not backed by big money or political insiders. I’m powered by people — by you. Let’s build a Boston that’s honest, inclusive, and affordable for all of us.
I humbly ask for your vote on November 4th—so together, we can build a Boston that works for everyone.
“Everything about Marvin is what we need in politics. He cares about people and he cares about making his community better, and he loves the ability we have to make each other better.”

“I've been around a long time and have seen politicians come and go. Marvin's special. He embodies service to others above self, which is very rare nowadays. Character, wisdom, and above all, he's honest... And that's what we need."
